My name is Arnost Kopta, I have founded Power Device Technology to offer consulting and development services in the field of Power Semiconductor Device, Packaging Technologies and Power Electronics.

I have a PhD in power semicondur devices and a long industrial experience in the power semiconductor field working in various technical and managerial positions. The further details can be viewed in my CV:

My expertise is the development of IGBTs, diodes and SiC-MOSFEts. In this area I offer a full development chain starting from concepts and device specification to process and device simulations, device design and fabrication, characterization and all the way to product qualification production ramp-up and subsequent yielg optimization.

This forms the base which is backed up by extensive knowledge in adjacent fields like packaging and applications of power semiconductor devices.
